We are an e-commerce store that ship our products worldwide. Our headquarter is in Portland, Oregon. We do not have physical store.

Our products are manufactured and ship from Hong Kong and China to ensures originality of the Feng Shui products. We perform weekly audits to our inventory to ensure the products are the highest quality.
How to search products?
Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. We are also offering FREE shipping on order over $25.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes 10-40 business days depend on your location.
How do I tracked my shipping?
You can tracked your order in our Track Your Order page. Please allow 2-4 days to update information on new shipment. If tracking is not updated for several days, it is on its way to your country and the tracking will be updated once your local post office picked it up.
